How to edit message templates

The ‘Manage message templates’ credential is required to edit message templates. To find out if you have the required credential go to User on site > Role management > Module > Config > Manage message templates.
To learn who has a particular role in your school, find the role under the name and see the full name under role members.
If you have the credential go to Config > Message templates. All message templates are listed here and can be customized. There are three types of notifications; Email, Push notification and Text messages. Simply click the templates to make changes.
Example: The picture below is the Application Notification template, for which only email notifications are valid. Push notification and text messages do not apply to this template. Emails can easily be customized. For instance, to add application numbers to emails copy the {applicationNo} from the available tags and paste it into the email template where it should appear.
